Transmission Structure and Working Principle of Electric Hoist
CD1, MD1, DJCD, DJMD, HC, HM electric hoists are mainly composed of three parts, one is the lifting mechanism; Second, the operating mechanism (not available for fixed types); Three are electrical devices.
1.Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is driven by the lifting motor through the coupling and the hollow shaft of the reducer to rotate the drum, so that the steel wire rope wound on the drum drives the hook device to rise or fall.
2.Lifting motor
The lifting motor adopts a conical rotor motor with a larger lifting torque to adapt to frequent direct starting during intermittent operation of the product. CD1, DJCD, HC type hoists are equipped with ZD type single speed motors; MD1, DJMD, HM type hoists are equipped with ZDS type dual speed motors, with a constant speed to slow speed ratio of 10:6 or 6:1.
3.Drum device
The drum is made of cast iron or seamless steel pipe and uses splines to transmit power; The outer shell of the drum is welded from steel plates.
The drum device is the central part of the hoist, which is connected to the running mechanism through a balance beam, and is distributed at both ends of the lifting reducer and motor connection. Its lower part works together with the hook device through a steel wire rope. A limit device guide rod device and a heavy hammer limit device are installed on the front upper part of the outer cover.
4.Hook device
The hook is forged from specialized steel and connected to the outer shell through a thrust ball bearing via the hook crossbeam, allowing the hook to operate freely. The hook device with a capacity of 5t and below is a single sliding wheel, while the hook device with a capacity of 10t and above is a double sliding wheel or multi sliding wheel.
5.Operating mechanism
The electric car, running motor, running reducer, and driven car together form the running mechanism. Hanging the host for reciprocating movement. Its operating speed is generally 20m/min, but 30m/min can also be selected. When the lifting height of 1-5t is ≥ 12m, an additional driven trolley can be added.
The electrical devices of CD1, MD1, DJCD, DJMD, HC, and HM type hoists consist of an electrical control box (0.25t none), button switches, limiters, and connecting wires.
The operating voltage of the button switch is generally 380V or 36V. According to the direction symbol shown on the button switch, press the button correctly and control the action of the hoist by closing and disconnecting the relay in the control box.
